For over eighteen years, Dr. Markowitz practiced clinical medicine as a board-certified pediatrician, focusing on general pediatric care, as well as treating mental health and behavioral issues. Dr. Markowitz is a Certified International Master Addictions coach and brings his medical knowledge and clinical experience to his recovery coaching clients, helping them break free from the chains of addiction and embrace a life of recovery. Cody Parker

Cody is a certified professional life coach dedicated to supporting individuals navigating challenges related to problematic s*xual behaviors, po*******hy addiction, infidelity and the ensuing betrayal trauma. His areas of specialization include working individually with men and women, facilitating men’s groups, and conducting recovery intensives. Drawing on his experience as a biracial (African American/Caucasian) man, he demonstrates a commitment to ensuring that people of color have access to culturally sensitive care. Cody has a passion for empowering individuals in deep, authentic healing and has collaborated to lead female betrayal partner groups and men’s problematic s*xual behavior groups. He holds a coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation through Certified Life Coach Institute and is a Certified S*x Addiction Therapist candidate. Currently, he is expanding his expertise in pursuit of a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.
Cody’s coaching approach emphasizes the creation of a collaborative, supportive, and experiential space, fostering intimate collaboration between coach and client. This approach invites clients to address core issues such as wounded masculinity, shame cycles, false core beliefs, and to develop movement towards wholeness and integration. Cody is a dedicated husband, a licensed mental healthcare associate specializing in problematic s*xual behavior and betrayal trauma, and a father to a fierce 10-year-old daughter. His leisure activities include exploring the outdoors, meditation and self-somatic practices, exercise, group facilitation, roller skating, golfing, investing, and connecting with close friends. In addition to his academic pursuits, Cody has three years of experience as a life coach, for individuals facing these challenges, and ten years of experience leading men’s groups and workshops/public speaking engagements. Since 2019, Cody has diligently pursued a transformative lifestyle of personal healing and marital recovery (including inpatient treatment at Hope Quest for PSB). This has provided him with unique insights, creativity, and empathy that enable him to connect with individuals during their most difficult and vulnerable experiences. Ultimately fulfilling his passion for helping others discover they are not alone, and to feel seen, known, and deeply pursued by his authentic presence.

Darren specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families impacted by substance abuse and s*xual compulsivity, including s*x and po*******hy addiction, unfaithfulness, infidelity, and s*xual betrayal. He is certified as an Associate S*x Addiction Therapist (ASAT) through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals and is supervised and trained by Heidi Kinsella. He currently runs two men’s s*x addiction groups for Fourth Dimension.

Darren is experienced and holds a license in Washington to work with individuals impacted by substance abuse. Darren holds an Associate of Arts degree in Addiction Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Counseling and Counseling Practices at Antioch University. Darren is currently in Antioch’s Master’s program and pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health.

Darren has expert knowledge of the disease of addiction and brings more than 19 years of recovery experience along with his professional experience. Helping clients and their families navigate through substance abuse. He has worked with adolescents, young adults, adults, and people from all life situations for several years.

Darren has been working in substance abuse for 11 years and was Clinical Director/Supervisor at two different co-occurring facilities helping build from the ground up. Kyle is a dedicated clinical therapist at Fourth Dimension Counseling & Coaching. He holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is licensed to practice in Washington State. Specializing in Trauma-Informed Systemic Therapy, Kyle has the skills and expertise to work with you whether you need individual, couples, or family therapy.
Kyle understands that sometimes, the first step is the hardest. While life can feel difficult when experiencing struggles, he believes everyone can achieve well-being. Committed to creating a safe space for everyone, he is an ally for the LGBTQ+ community, an advocate for social justice, and practices cultural humility. Suzanne Reilly

Suzanne is a trauma therapist whose clients include individuals (including children), couples, and families. She specializes in work with people who have been affected by s*xual trauma, compulsive s*xual behavior/s*x addiction, intimate partner betrayal and the impact of s*x addiction on the entire family system. She also has experience working with familial and other relational betrayals, childhood s*xual abuse, grief and loss, parental estrangement, high-conflict couples, relationship problems, and family of origin issues.
As a family systems therapist, Suzanne understands that while relationships can bring joy, vitality, and meaning to our lives, they can sometimes bring us deep pain and confusion. She helps clients make sense of what they are experiencing and partners with them as they heal from losses, repair relational bonds, and move towards a reimagined future.
Suzanne prioritizes creating safe spaces for clients where they can feel understood, accepted, and heard. She approaches clients with respect, humility, and a deep appreciation for their strengths – including having the courage to reach out for help with their current circumstances. She brings deep professional and personal experiences to her work with clients, integrating her first career in academia with her own lived experiences with addiction in her family of origin, trauma, and recovery.

Suzanne earned a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Couple and Relationship Therapy from National University. She is a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (CCPS) candidate and is receiving ongoing betrayal trauma training from The Association of Partners of S*x Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS). She is also a Certified S*x Addiction Therapist (CSAT) candidate and is receiving training from the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). Heidi Kinsella is her supervisor. Suzanne is a Brainspotting Clinician and has received Level 1 & 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. She is also a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).

Our July Intensive Healing Retreat is coming up this month and we have 2 spots left!
This Retreat is focused on those who are the betrayed partners and/or have experienced betrayal.
We are now accepting clients for our betrayed partners 4-day intensive, Becoming Empowered & Thriving after Betrayal at Fourth Dimension Healing Ranch in Maple Valley, Washington (just southeast of Seattle). Check-in for intensive is at 6:00 pm on July 23 and the intensive runs July 24-27.
Our intentions
· To provide a sacred space for clients to do individual and group work.
· To provide a community for clients to share, witness, heal, and learn together.
· To provide equine assisted therapy with clients to enhance experiential learning.
· To provide therapeutic guided processes and tools with clients for learning and healing from betrayal trauma.
