It can be tough to tell when your child’s stuffy nose is a cold and when it might be allergies, especially this time of year. Both can cause runny noses, crankiness, and disrupted sleep, so you’re definitely not alone if you’ve wondered which one you’re dealing with.

A lot of babies struggle with it at first, and that’s okay. Starting on your chest, offering a little support, and keeping sessions short can make a big difference.

Even 30 seconds counts ⏱️

And try not to compare. Every baby builds strength on their own timeline, not on Instagram’s 🙂👶
