Sometimes you don’t need a big reason. You just lace up your shoes and move.

The Run Forrest Run 5K is one of those runs that doesn’t take itself too seriously. A little silly, a little nostalgic, and very much about forward motion. Expect nods to Forrest Gump along the course, a few surprise costumes, and plenty of people who decided to show up just because it sounded fun.
