You don’t need to know their names or where they’re from. Just know this: you have a spiritual team and they are always ready to support you.

All it takes is intention. You can start as simply as saying “good morning” and offering it up to those who walk with you for your highest good. That might include your well ancestors, ascended masters, star family, angels, or elemental beings.

Today, I pulled these cards after offering gratitude and asking to receive their guidance. Each one is a gentle nudge, a reminder of how loved, supported, and seen I truly am. 💜

At age 24 I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease which I suffered with for nearly ten years before realizing I had the power to transform my life. What began as a mission towards better digestive health turned into a spiritual awakening that has delivered me from victimhood, mended my relationships and provided a pathway to my soul's purpose - to support you through the challenges of your life and see you thrive.

As a LifeForce Energy® Practitioner, certified by the Deborah King Center, I use a variety of compassionate approaches to help others reconnect with their soul’s voice and rediscover the joy and passion in their journey.
