Set some goals, keep them simple.
Exercise, get up and just move, keep it fun.
Love yourself, be kind to self, speak kind to self.
Focus on fitness, your health matters.

Rest and Relax, chill, be ok with quiet time and space.
Eat right, enjoy your food, eat slowly and to 80% full.
Smile, always and often, even when alone.
Portray positive, to others and to yourself and in your mind.
Enjoy life, really enjoy it, be present in the moment. Really present.
Care for others, from the heart, show it, say it, often.
Tell yourself you can do this, because YOU CAN! Believe it! I do!

WALK THE HAWK CHALLENGE
Walk the Hawk challenges you to walk or run within the coming week (before the next Seahawks Game) the number of miles equal to the Seahawks total score.
This week's example: Seahawks Final Score against the NY Jets was 27. So, 27 miles to be walked before the next game and you can split the miles up any way you want during the week. If a bye-week, repeat same number of miles as previous week. And of course more miles are always allowed! Pass the Challenge on!
