Life lately feels like… a lot. Most of us are carrying way more tension than we realize.
Breathwork has been one of the few practices that helps me reset when the noise gets too loud. It’s not fancy or complicated, just a way to release what your body’s been holding, increase clarity and focus, and retrain your nervous system for maintaining equilibrium mentally and physically, no matter what’s going on in the world.
If you’ve been running on fumes, this is your invitation to come breathe with me. We’ll gather in community, let some of that stress move through, and (hopefully) walk out a little lighter. Plus, you might meet some cool friends who are into weird s**t like this too ;)
