The little things make us happy! 😃 Dr. Yi is by no means a root canal specialist (endodontist), but sometimes a root canal file can safely retrieve a root tip to minimize surgical trauma for this 87 year old patient. This is the time we appreciate our training in dentistry, where applying intricate precision was a requirement.
