Our body, mind and spirit all communicate with each other. The goal of the services available at Hana Lokahi Healing is to bring those energy bodies into harmony. In that state, good health is maintained and many forms of healing can occur.
Sometimes our thoughts and ideas seem out of focus, but we know about them. We think of them, as being just out of reach, and time spent in an energy medicine healing session can bring them into focus and clarity.
