They're practically teenagers – glued to their phones, navigating friendships, acing homework, juggling activities and hitting the mall.

Our tweens are growing up FAST! But even though they're taller, cooler and seemingly self-sufficient, there's one place they still need to be: the back seat of the car!

Do you know the answer? It's B!

Caregivers make the final decision about how to transport children in their vehicles. You should always follow the manufacturer's product instructions and Child Passenger Safety Technicians can help educate you to make the safest choices, but ultimately, as a caregiver, it's your responsibility to make those safe choices for your little passengers.

If you need support in making those safety decisions, find a CPST near you: https://bit.ly/FINDATECH

Once children outgrow the five-point harness in their forward-facing car seats, booster seats lift them so the adult seat belt fits properly. The ability to safely ride without a booster seat will depend on size/height of the child and fit of the seat belt, NOT the child’s age.
