The Ithaca College / Longview Partnership is 26 years strong and growing. Longview residents reap the benefit of taking classes at IC, utilizing the IC library for study and research, access to the pool and fitness center and much more all because they are part of the Longview community.

Since its opening in 1974, Longview has grown to become one of the most trusted residential senior facilities in the area. Its designed to provide an active, enriching and healthful life for older adults who wish to live independently in a community setting.

With 100 independent living apartments, 60 assisted living and 32 enhanced assisted living rooms, plus 22 patio homes inclusive of two bedrooms, garage, patio, kitchen and more, there is something for everyone.
