Program Director Cathy Holladay leads the Cortland Opioid Treatment Program, coming to CARS in late May 2025 with vast experience in the fields of psychiatric rehabilitation and substance use treatment. Most recently, Cathy oversaw Massachusetts’ rehabilitation programming before serving as a regional vice president of inpatient programming in New York. Through her leadership role at CARS, Cathy fulfills her desire to return to a small program where she can make a direct impact.
