Oats are a very versatile food, and can be prepared in a number of different ways.
Steel cut oats are the least processed and contain more fiber. However they do take more time to prepare. Regular or quick cooked have less fiber and are softer. Instant oats are quick cooking and highly processed. They usually contain additives(sugar and flavoring.)
