Ithaca Community Recovery 518 West Seneca Street is owned by a not for profit corporation called "Ithaca Community Recovery."

ICR was formed by a group of local people for the purpose of providing a meeting and activity space for Ithaca's recovering community. We offer affordable meeting, office and program space featuring:

• convenient downtown location
• handicapped accessibility
• meeting rooms
• a children's playroom
• off street parking

Our History...
Since 1909 our home at 518 West Seneca Street has been an Ithaca landmark. Designed by architect William Henry Miller, the Children's Home opened as an orphanage housing children until 1952. It then served a citywide congregation as the Assembly of God Church until 1999.

Tips for Dodging at the Chill Challenge Dip or Dodge:

If you would prefer to stay dry at the Chill Challenge, you can! Here are some tips.

1. Make your profile picture cute and innocent. Who is going to throw baby you into the lake? Or a cute baby animal picture? Anything vulnerable, really. No one. People are softies.

2. Ask a close and trusted associate to help bail you out, or bail yourself out on match day. This is truly a sure thing.... on match day, your donations are matched. And you can anonymously donate.... even to yourself!

3. No one is going to throw you into the lake. If you get to the Day, and your heart condition is acting up, we won't throw you in. Any unauthorized Dodging is between you and your donors.
