Heather is always going above and beyond as a nurse. Not only on 3rd Floor, but for every unit in the building. She always jumps in to help wherever she is needed. From completing med pass for the entire unit, to going to other units to help with med pass when a nurse is alone.

My Mom/Nana was taken care of by one of many wonderful aides. Rhyleigh went above and beyond the day Sandie passed away. She checked and asked the family if we needed anything, even with tears in her eyes, trying to accept Sandie was gone. She went above all when she volunteered to clean up and change her to be taken to the funeral home. Sandie always called Rhyleigh her “work granddaughter.” She is part of our family. She is an amazing CNA.
