I strive to create a safe environment in which to explore life stressors, patterns of relating with others, and how past experiences impact the present for clients. I have extensive experience with addictions, and work collaboratively with clients, whether the goal is safer substance use, reducing use, or abstinence. Areas of professional practice include LGBTQ, anxiety/depression, chronic illness including HIV, grief/loss, relationships, sexual issues and pain, separation/divorce, family planning, career transition, and finances.
