Buttermilk Falls Pediatrics is a group of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and administrative staff who strive together to provide age-appropriate preventive care, developmental guidance and to treat illness from birth through the transition to adulthood. The practice focuses on the growing child and we work to support and educate families in promoting healthy and safe growth and development.

Parents in our Freeville/Dryden areas who may be being forced to find new medical care for their children due to the closure of Dryden Family Medicine: We are currently accepting new patients in both our Ithaca/Lansing location and our Cortland location. Look for our ad in the Freeville Shopper tomorrow for more information. We offer transportation assistance through Medicaid and other options to the best of our ability. We understand it can be hard to change from your familiar medical care, but we are here and happy to help if you need us!

They will have ideas on healthy activities for your children as we come into summer! They will also have information on tick bites, as that is continual concern! Stop and say hi!

Where DO we get our name from? One of our previous locations, before we became "Buttermilk Falls Pediatrics" was at 115 Buttermilk Falls Lane, across from the nationally famous park of the same name!

Great news! Our Cortland office opened in early February to rousing reviews!!! We are accepting new patients at both of our current locations, and lots of openings to accommodate your needs! Give us a call at 607-272-6880 for more information!

We offer primary care pediatric medicine, with specialty in newborn care and breastfeeding via Kimberly Welch, MSN, PNP, as well as eating disorder and nutrition counseling with Connor Maile, MS, PA-c. The providers communicate in English, and other languages such as Hindi, Spanish, Russian, Farsi, Dari, Pashto, and Urdu.
