Buttermilk Falls Pediatrics is a group of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and administrative staff who strive together to provide age-appropriate preventive care, developmental guidance and to treat illness from birth through the transition to adulthood. Great news! Our Cortland office opened in early February to rousing reviews!!! We are accepting new patients at both of our current locations, and lots of openings to accommodate your needs! Give us a call at 607-272-6880 for more information!

We offer primary care pediatric medicine, with specialty in newborn care and breastfeeding via Kimberly Welch, MSN, PNP, as well as eating disorder and nutrition counseling with Connor Maile, MS, PA-c. The providers communicate in English, and other languages such as Hindi, Spanish, Russian, Farsi, Dari, Pashto, and Urdu.

Great news, everyone! We have opened our schedules for the new Cortland location at 1259 Fisher Avenue! We are on the second floor, next to Neurology! We will begin seeing patients with Kimberly Welch on Feb 2! Please call to schedule! Wali will be in Cortland on Tuesday's and Wednesday's, while Dr. Shrivastava will be here Thursday's and Friday's! We are accepting new patients, and we do accept Medicaid, Molina, and Fidelis. We are currently non-par with United Health Care, both private and their Medicaid plans.
