Great news, everyone! We have opened our schedules for the new Cortland location at 1259 Fisher Avenue! We are on the second floor, next to Neurology! We will begin seeing patients with Kimberly Welch on Feb 2! Please call to schedule! Wali will be in Cortland on Tuesday's and Wednesday's, while Dr. Shrivastava will be here Thursday's and Friday's! We are accepting new patients, and we do accept Medicaid, Molina, and Fidelis. We are currently non-par with United Health Care, both private and their Medicaid plans.

Buttermilk Falls Pediatrics is under construction! We are expanding our services beginning January 2026 into the Cortland medical market! We have taken offices at 1259 Fisher Avenue, and will be announcing services soon! Keep your eyes on our page!

Parents, I have attached information on the cardiac screening that is REQUIRED at routine health examinations for your child(ren). If they participate in sports, these questions are mandatory. Hopefully this information is helpful for those questioning extra testing for their child(ren) who may be in sports.
