When you are *3x* consecutive award winners of the Charles H. Wesley Brotherhood Award for the NYACOA district of Alpha, you move in sync with and operate as a unit. Led by lead delegate, Brother Cliff Vital .simon__ , this weekend, the new initiates of both Α and IIΛ chapters went to Buffalo with a sense of purpose - that purpose, doing the business of Alpha.

In tandem with this, both chapters received their 3rd consecutive win as Charles H. Wesley Award winners, highlighting their commitment to cross functional work in the name of Alpha.

Particular thanks to this year’s award committee led by Alpha Chapter Brother, Aaron Brown .asb and ΙΙΛ Βrother, Elgin Ford, II, .jr.

The last three years in IΙΛ have been built around systemic collaboration - culminating in back to back Charles H. Wesley district wins. This weekend, we celebrated the first Alpha Chapter Brother to be named ARVP of the East .1 while also connecting with our fellow Cornellians and former IIΛ and Alpha Chapter Brothers including Brothers Dr. Robert L. The Brothers of Alpha and Iota Iota Lambda chapters have been working to build a model for what college and alumni collaboration can look like. Back to back Charles H. Wesley Award winners, Brothers leading from the campus all the way to the State Capitol and now an Alpha Chapter Brother leading as ARVP. And we’re just getting started. A great time was had in Philadelphia celebrating Brother .1 and connecting with our fellow Cornellians, Alpha Chapter and ΙΙΛ Brothers including Brothers Dr. Robert L. Harris and Dr. Gregory Parks. The Ithaca Alphas congratulate our Alpha Chapter Brother & fellow Cornellian, Brother Jeremy Henderson .1 (1-A-SP24) on his historic election as the incoming ARVP of the Eastern Region. As the grandson of Brother Jerry Holmes (HE - FA71), Brother Henderson, a native of Ft. Worth Texas, builds on over a half a century of legacy within his family in Alpha. Building bridges, his campaign platform, has been the hallmark of our last three years in IIΛ and we look forward to this ideology permeating throughout the Eastern Region! Sometimes you gotta spin the block to get what’s yours. The Almighty and the Illicit are proud to be the 2024-2025 Charles H. Wesley Award Winners! ΙΙΛ is also proud of our Chapter Brother, Rev.
