POWER YIN Yoga 🔥🌊 with Kaylie

Wherever your practice is, this class will provide deepening your yoga experience 💖

Class Description:
This class will invite the longer hold of yoga shapes (poses) to deepen experience of yoga practice. The result may include the increase in strength, range of motion, flexibility, mindfulness, and body awareness.
The class can be useful from the beginner to the advanced inviting the self awareness in practice. 🙂

The PARKING STICKERS are “in”!!! 🚗🚙🏎️
Please stop by and get your parking stickers for 2 hours parking during yoga classes! 🧘🙏

Please read below for the guidelines for parking!

Parking Plaza and The Dean area
The PARKING STICKER (available starting from June 20th) should be clearly displayed in the bottom right corner of the rear window. Alternatively, you may use the temporary laminated sign currently available at the studio.

Parking Areas:
Retail parking spots with or without signs
Bank parking spots with signs — available after 5 PM
Gravel area in front of the construction trailer (between our studio and the creek) — available after 4 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends. Please ensure the construction gate is closed and no construction in progress.

Other options: Green St. Parking Garage (weekend free, $1/hr) or Street parking.
It is a short walk (2-3 min.) to the studio and safe in your mind during practice. Please use the public parking options if possible!
