All of the symptoms that they have "told" us means we are "sick"....is a mis-truth. Think about it....coughing, sneezing, diarrhea, vomiting, rashes...are all the ways that our very intelligent bodies are getting rid of the junk. Fevers are good, its our bodies innate intelligence that identifies a foreign invader, raises the internal temp to temp it knows needs to kill the invader. Once that happens, your body has beat it.....then you get symptoms....which are getting rid of the junk. So once we beat it we just have to get it out of the body....why would you want to keep all that junk in? That's what we do when we take a pharmaceutical (Pharmakeia means witchcraft, sorcery and magic) to stop a natural process. We don't need any toxic chemcals being added to a body that is working perfectly. We are actually HEALTHY, we just don't feel so good. Staying hydrated is a MUST.

That "old" saying (they were right back then you know) Starve a fever, feed a cold. (FYI, when you are exposed to something, like a food or component of food when you have a fiver, the nervous system with tag it as a threat and thats where allergies and sensitivities come from) JUST STAY HYDRATED!

You're body doesn't need any help...its already knows whats to do, you just don't need any interference to your nervous system. Get and stay adjusted. Get your power on!!!
