It is with mixed feelings that we write to inform you that the Jacksboro Clinic will be closing on October 31, 2023.

We understand that visiting the clinic has become a familiar part of your healthcare routine, and we want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly. Sometimes, changes happen to make sure we can provide the best care possible. We wish Heather Vaughn, NP well in her new endeavors.

You may continue to see your doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners at our main clinic, GMA Health in Graham. If you have any appointments scheduled at the Jacksboro Clinic, our team will be reaching out to help reschedule them.
