Yoga classes are coming to Swan Family Wellness Center January 12! This weekly yoga class instructed by Jennifer Rydlinski is a supportive space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body. Perfect for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone seeking a calm, body-aware practice. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace and rest whenever needed.
Classes include mindful movement, breathing practices, guided relaxation or meditation, and basic anatomy education. The focus is on helping you step out of overthinking and into feeling more present, grounded, and at ease in your body.
In this class we move with intention, while supporting nervous system regulation, reducing stress, and opening up the body’s connective tissues to improve comfort and mobility.
