Rock Creek Wellness Rock Creek Wellness was established in 2009. We are committed to giving clients all of the tools of wellness they need as they navigate their unique journey.

In 2016, we moved to the Mercer area to expand our practice and move towards becoming a full Wellness Center that helps individuals heal through a collaboration of mind and body techniques. Rock Creek Wellness creates an experiential learning environment where clients learn mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills in a safe and friendly environment with qualified specialists. We recognize 8 dimensions of wellness - all of which are connected and greatly impact each other. In addition to therapy, we also offer massage therapy, personal training, wellness coaching, and yoga classes!
