Meet Krystin.

Many of the people Krystin works with are navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, or ongoing pelvic pain — and often trying to figure out how to manage symptoms in the middle of real, everyday life.

One of her biggest strengths is helping take what can feel overwhelming and break it down into something that actually feels doable - not adding more to your plate, but making things feel more manageable.

Whether that’s how you’re moving, lifting, caring for your baby, or getting back into exercise, she works with you to make sure it feels realistic and sustainable.

If you’ve been trying to piece things together on your own or aren’t sure what will actually help, you’re not alone.

Krystin is someone who will meet you where you’re at and help you move forward in a way that makes sense for your life.

Meet Aimee.

One of the things patients often tell us after working with Aimee is that they finally feel like someone took the time to explain things to them.

She works with people dealing with pelvic pain, pregnancy/postpartum changes, and symptoms that haven’t always had clear answers. She is also diving deep into peri-menopause and menopause treatment!

Her approach is very focused on slowing things down, understanding the full picture, and breaking things down in a way that actually makes sense.

If you’ve ever felt unsure where to start or like your symptoms weren’t fully understood, you’re not alone.

I started Fit For You because too many people were told their symptoms were “normal,” “just hormones,” or something they had to live with.

For a lot of the patients we see, it’s not just about pain — it’s about feeling uncomfortable in their body, unsure what’s safe, and not having clear answers.

Pelvic health is complex, emotional, and often misunderstood. We focus on slowing things down, supporting your body, and guiding you every step of the way.

I wanted to create a space where patients feel:
• listened to
• believed
• not rushed
• and supported long-term

Our goal isn’t just symptom relief.
It’s helping you understand your body and feel confident in it again.

If you’ve been looking for answers and haven’t felt heard yet — you’re not alone and we are here to help.

One of the biggest fears people have before coming to pelvic floor therapy is: “Am I going to have to do an internal exam?”

The honest answer: No.

Internal assessments are only one tool, and they are never required. Everything is explained first, and you are always in control of what we do and don’t do.

Many people still get great results with external work, movement, education, and nervous system regulation alone.

You are allowed to move at your own pace here.

We keep things calm on purpose.

Many of the people we work with have been dealing with pain, stress, or frustrating symptoms for a long time.

When your body has been in that state, it can stay on high alert — even when you don’t want it to.

Healing doesn’t happen when your body feels threatened.
It happens when your body feels safe enough to change.

That’s the environment we try to create every day.

One of the most common questions we get is: “What actually happens at the first visit?”

Most first visits include:
• A conversation about your symptoms and goals
• Education about what’s going on in your body
• Movement and muscle assessment tailored to you
• A clear understanding of what’s causing your symptoms and how we are going to go about fixing them
• Nothing that you aren’t 100% comfortable with

You are always in control of the pace. Nothing is forced or rushed.

Our goal is to help you understand your body — not overwhelm you.

03/25/2026

Your visit happens in a private treatment room like this.

We spend more time talking and understanding your symptoms than people expect — especially at the beginning.

Any hands-on treatment or exams are always explained first and only done if you feel comfortable.

Pelvic health care should feel safe, respectful, and collaborative — not rushed or intimidating.

If you’ve never been to pelvic floor therapy before, it’s completely normal to feel nervous walking into a new space.

This is what it looks like when you arrive at our clinic.

You’ll check in at the front desk, then have a few minutes to settle in before your therapist comes to get you.

No rushing. No pressure to know exactly what to say.

Starting can feel like the hardest part — and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk in.

In honor of Endometriosis Awareness Month...

If you have endometriosis and feel like you’ve tried everything —
but you’re still dealing with pain, bloating, or flare-ups — you’re not alone.

A lot of the women we see have been told:
“everything looks normal”
or
“this is just part of it”

But the reality is… endo symptoms are usually coming from more than just one thing.

Things like:
• pelvic floor tension
• nervous system sensitivity
• movement and pressure patterns
• flare triggers

And if those aren’t all addressed together, symptoms often keep coming back.

That’s exactly what we focus on in our Endometriosis Strategy Sessions.

These are 1:1 sessions where we:
✔️ help you understand what’s actually driving your symptoms
✔️ connect the dots
✔️ give you a clear, personalized plan

We opened a few spots this week only to help fill some schedule openings.

No pressure at all — even just getting clarity can be really helpful.

If this sounds like something you’ve been needing, you can reserve your spot here: https://fitforyou.intakeq.com/booking?serviceId=fce34a13-610b-4cb0-8395-11b54be842ce

If you have endometriosis and feel like you’ve tried everything…
but you’re still dealing with pain, bloating, or flare-ups—

you’re not crazy, and your body isn’t broken.

Most people have only had one piece of the problem looked at.

But endo symptoms are usually coming from multiple things working together:
• pelvic floor tension
• nervous system sensitivity
• movement + pressure patterns
• flare triggers

👉 If those aren’t addressed together, symptoms often keep coming back.

That’s exactly what we look at in our Endometriosis Strategy Sessions.

✔️ We connect the dots
✔️ Help you understand what’s actually driving your symptoms
✔️ Give you a clear, personalized plan

✨ We opened a few spots THIS WEEK only.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, this is usually where things start to make sense.
