🌸 New 4-Week Birth Trauma Support Group 🌸 Starting Sept 23rd

Bringing a baby into the world can be beautiful—but it can also be overwhelming, frightening, or even traumatic. If you’ve experienced a difficult birth, you are not alone.

The Birth Trauma Support Group is run by Alyssa Anderson, a professional counselor, certified art therapist and owner of Trillium Grove Studio. This group offers a safe, compassionate space to share, connect, and heal alongside others who understand.

We hear countless stories from mommas who have experienced birth trauma in a wide variety of ways. We also hear stories of the lack of support, difficulty processing what happened and the effects that linger for a long time - both mentally and physically. Please join us for a free support group July 17th if you are dealing with any difficulty at all related to a traumatic birthing experience - we are here to help. We are keeping it small, but still have a couple spots left.
