A professor gave a balloon to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway.

The professors then mixed all the balloons.

The students were given 5 minutes to find their own balloon.

Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon.

At that point the professors told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it.

Within 5 minutes everyone had their own balloon.

The professors said to the students:

“These ballons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own.

But if we care about other people's happiness....we'll find ours too.

No matter what today looked like, try to find something to be grateful for. Maybe it was the sun shining through the clouds, or a good cup of coffee. Whatever it was, take a moment to appreciate it.

It can be easy to get bogged down in the negative, but if you focus on being grateful for the good, it will help shift your mindset to a more positive place. From there, you can start setting goals and affirmations for yourself to push yourself to be even better tomorrow. So don’t dwell on the negative, focus on the positive and be grateful for today!

"We utilized a clip chart with ADULTS during our training this morning. Turns out that adults absolutely hate this public display of behavior. Resulted in anxiety, disengagement, fear, resentment and embarrassment. If adults don't like these tools, how do you think kids feel?"

Administration work including but not limited to: data entry, mental health billing, claim tracking, claim denials, credentialing, social media content creation, eligibility and benefit checks on clients, scheduling, answering phones, phone calls with insurance companies…

The ideal candidate would have some or all of the following including: data entry experience including but not limited to experience working with EHRs, Microsoft excel, Google workspace. Mental health billing and coding experience, healthcare administration experience, superior phone etiquette, attention to detail, insurance denial navigating experience, insurance eligibility and benefits experience.
