We will lead the field of physical therapy and rehabilitation by being compassionately committed to providing patients with an exceptional experience beyond their expectations through an innovative, yet personalized, approach to best meet each partner’s specific needs. We will continuously seek to provide evidence-based practice. We plan to strive for efficient and effective delivery of services.

We will coordinate with local physicians to develop individualized and appropriate treatment plans. We will assist with determining and acquiring appropriate durable medical equipment. Treat and manage a variety of congenital, developmental, neuromuscular, skeletal or acquired disorders as well as treatment of limitations in gross motor development, fine motor development, balance, coordination, strength, endurance, and activities of daily living.

We plan to help you get back in motion by developing an individualized treatment plan that incorporates a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, pain modalities and patient education.
