As a Somato Emotional Release Practitioner and Mind-Body Integration Specialist, I have several different individual exercises and techniques I use with my clients to help with releasing emotions and reducing stress. I'm super excited to be putting them all together to form a group class!
I am loving the routine and I can't wait to show you all early in the New Year. It will involve specific breathing techniques, low impact full body movement, self administered acupressure, light stretching, and positive affirmations.
