As this year comes to a close, I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting.
On the people who trusted me with their care, the conversations held in quiet rooms, and the moments when someone walked out feeling lighter than when they came in.

This year reminded me that healing doesn’t have to be loud or rushed — sometimes it’s slow, warm, and deeply personal.
I’m so grateful for every person who stepped into my space and allowed me to be part of their wellness journey. 🤍
