Therapist aren’t going to tell you what to do per se. They can’t “fix” you or your issues of concern. They aren’t going to tell you how you messed up! They aren’t the expert of your life.

You Are! You’re the expert.

But we will offer you encouragement, offer a safe space to be vulnerable, and guidance on healing, and be a consistent source of support as you make the changes that you need, point out your growth, clarity, and insight. But most of all celebrate with you along the way. Remember life is a journey not a marathon!
