Project Firstline Mississippi

Project Firstline Mississippi We provide infection prevention and control education for all frontline healthcare workers!

“Project Firstline” is a national training collaborative lead by the CDC’s National Training Collaborative for Healthcare Infection Prevention & Control. This effort is designed to both prepare frontline healthcare workers to protect themselves and their patients from the threat of infectious disease while simultaneously providing them with the tools and resources necessary to do so with confidence. Project Firstline’s training and engagement opportunities include short, accessible training videos, virtual interactive events, and tele-mentoring to ensure every worker in every healthcare setting — from clinicians to environmental service workers — has the science and reasoning behind essential infection control practices, and can confidently apply those practices to protect themselves, their facilities, their families and their communities.
