Unless you live under a 🪨 you’ve heard about the Winter Storm headed our way!

Every year I see multiple patients with injuries after a bad ❄️ storm. Here are a few tips to help avoid injury and stay safe over the next several days!

•To avoid winter storm injuries, stay indoors, wear layers, and use caution on 🧊 by walking like a penguin 🐧 (short, shuffling steps). Prevent ❤️ strain by avoiding heavy 🪏 , use sand/salt for traction, and keep 🙌🏼 free for balance. Dress in warm, dry clothing to prevent hypothermia.
