Man I Feel Like a Woman

Man I Feel Like a Woman Jackson is where I grew up. It's' where I brought my oldest daughter home and raised her when I was just 17 years old. It is where I bought my first house.

It is where I was blessed with two more beautiful children. It is where I watched both of my parents open their own businesses; my mom a beautician and my dad an auto parts salesman. It is where a small town bank takes a chance on a single mom. Jackson has always been my home! I still struggled to find my place, my purpose. In May of 2021 I hit my rock bottom. It was one of the hardest scariest ti

mes of my life. On May 19th, 2021 I made the decision to take my life back. I admitted myself to the Avera Behavioral Health Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Mental health has always been a struggle in my family. I had always struggled with anxiety and depression but this time it was different. I needed help. That day was the single worst and best day of my life. I am on my way to becoming me! I still wanted more. I needed to throw myself into something I was passionate about. I had conversations with my Crisis Center Advocate and my therapist about why there is no place for people to go and talk about mental health, their struggles, and their battles. I could never understand why there are support groups for nearly everything else but nothing in our community for those who struggle with mental health. I knew something had to change. It was then that I made the decision to start a business that would not only help support my family but would help people near and far. I have ALWAYS been an avid Shania Twain fan, some might even say obsessed! ;) I have always been passionate about the fashion and beauty industry! There is something about a new pair of "power shoes" that makes you feel BEAUTIFUL! When the idea of opening my own boutique came to light I knew three things for certain.
1. LEOPARD, is there any other color?
2. What says more about my journey and my mission than "MAN! I Feel Like a Woman!"?
3. I want to help anyone and everyone who will listen, who might be too scared to talk about mental health, who might be ashamed, who needs if for just one moment to feel beautiful in their own skin! That is exactly what I intend to do! I am beyond blessed, excited, and grateful for this new adventure and I hope you all are too! Kayla Daberkow

‼️Is anyone else having the Mondayest Tuesday evvverrrrrr⁉️ I feel that weeks that start with a holiday often feel that way! Anyways, I hope you all had a great safe Memorial Weekend! 🇺🇸 Let’s kick the week off with some preorders!

‼️ These Preorders will close Friday, May 29th at 7:00 pm!

‼️The next couple paragraphs is just the fine print I have to put out there to cover myself, and my business. It’s not new but it has to be there none the less! 🤪

‼️Payment must be received in order for us to place your order. No exceptions will be made. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to chase people down to pay for their items anymore. Unless prior arrangements are made with me, your items will not be ordered and that makes me sad!😞 In the event an item is out of stock or you don’t care for it YOU WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT. No coupons available for use on preorders!
Occasionally items are back ordered and I find out after the order is placed, sometimes just a certain color, sometimes the product as a whole. I understand this can be extremely frustrating but this is something that is completely out of my control so please bare with me!

‼️ Reminder these vendors take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to ship to us and get into our hands UNLESS I specify a different ETA on the preorder. I will always specify if the vendor gives an estimated ETA! The EXCEPTION would be if an item becomes back ordered which again at that point I don’t have control over the date. I will post shipping updates when they are available!
