Thai Massage is based on energy movement in the body. This is done through a series of compression, stretching, traction, and range of motion in the joints.

This massage is VERY relaxing and effective.
The rocking motion created by alternating compressions ease your nervous system into a state of comfort, while the pressure of the compressions stretch the muscle and bring a surge of oxygenated blood to the tissues.

Normally, Thai Massage is practiced on the floor with clothes on.
This table-top session will require the client to wear clothing appropriate for stretching.

A life update from Mobility Massage:

WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!!!!

Mikey and I have purchased a house in Star Valley Ranch!

We are ecstatic to live in the countryside and have a place of our own.

With our hour-long (weather-dependent!) commute, I will be changing my business hours.

Effective this coming week, my hours will be as follows:
Tuesday and Wednesday (mobile massage only) 10:30-5
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 10-5:30

On a rare occasion, I may be available earlier or later than these hours. If you have a specific appointment request, please call or text me. I will do my best to work with your schedule!

Appointments will fill up quickly with the start of ski season - book your appointment in advance!
