After 28 unforgettable years of service, it is with heavy hearts and deep gratitude that we announce the closing of Dream Catcher Farm and Dream Catcher in the Woods.
Dream Catcher was founded in 1998 by Margaret “Marge” McNaught and L.W. “Willie” Williamson as a labor of love inspired by their beloved son, Chip. What began as a family’s dream to create a caring home for one became a mission that touched the lives of so many.
Over the years, Dream Catcher became far more than two homes. It became a place of comfort, dignity, laughter, friendship, and love. Residents became family. Families became friends. Staff became the heart of our home.
We could never have carried this dream for nearly three decades without the incredible support of this community. To our neighbors, churches, local businesses, healthcare providers, volunteers, first responders, and countless friends who stood beside us through the years — thank you! Your generosity, kindness, prayers, encouragement, and trust helped sustain Dream Catcher and made our homes a blessing to so many.
Through celebrations and challenges, joyful moments and difficult goodbyes, this community continually showed up with open hearts. We will never forget that love.
While this chapter is coming to a close, the spirit of Dream Catcher will live on in every life touched, every family comforted, and every act of kindness shared within these walls.
We extend our deepest gratitude to all who have been part of this journey since 1998, especially to Marge McNaught, whose love and devotion helped create Dream Catcher, and in cherished memory of Willie and Chip, whose legacy continues to inspire all who knew this story.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for allowing Dream Catcher to be part of this community.
With love and gratitude,
The Dream Catcher Communities Family
