📣 Please join us in welcoming Thomas Marston to Brandywine Litchfield as our Business Office Director & Human Resources Director!

THomas brings 25+ years of experience in the financial industry, followed by 14 years in skilled nursing, where he advanced from Caregiver to Business Office leadership. His background includes Accounts Receivable, Business Office Management, and serving as a Regional HR Manager, overseeing HR operations for multiple communities.

After taking time to focus on family, Thomas knew Brandywine was the right place to return to meaningful work and caring for others. A lifelong member of the Torrington/NWCT community, he’s excited to grow with the team and support residents and staff alike.

Please join us in welcoming Thomas Macaluso, our new Maintenance Director at Bella Terra!

Thomas brings 20 years of experience as a Maintenance Director across nursing homes and assisted living communities. He enjoys working in communal settings and values engaging with residents throughout his day, helping keep the community safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Outside of work, Thomas is a big sports fan, especially baseball, and proudly cheers on the New York Yankees.
