Radiate with resistance— try this spinal exercise for rejuvenation.

Like a fast growing seed planted in the ground, find your roots and sprout until the bloom of your chest opens.

Listen to the instruction with sound on.

The resistance band provides helpful feedback for spinal flexion. You can move it in different places along your spine.

How happy are we? I am so pleased we could come together for a few days of friendship and healthy exercise indoors and out. We meet virtually throughout the year; it’s convenient and practical. Meeting in person was an electrifying treat.

I was moving at half this speed playing with that intriguing combination of balance, mobility, and subtle strength.
Do you value subtle strength?

When we add a weight to the equation of single leg balancing and combine it with off center pelvic tilting and sliding, things get very interesting!

This sequence comes from class entitled “The Pelvis is Key to this Yoga Jubilee”.
