check out this before and after!
today during my training at Reach Bodywork, i did a quick session working upper and middle traps.
the top photo was taken before doing any work. notice the elevation of the left scapula. i noticed a lot of muscle density in the spot right where upper and middle trapezius come together.
we worked both sides, but i spent a good amount of time smoothing out the bumps in the left side.
notice how improved the scapular alignment is in the bottom photo!
with just 20 minutes of productive bodywork, we were able to improve mobility, decrease density, and see a visible noticeable difference in alignment!
