Volunteer Family Medicine & Urgent Care is proud to announce that Diane Maxwell, FNP-BC is joining our practice as a nurse practitioner. She will help lower our wait times! Diane welcomes her current and former patients to schedule an appointment by calling 721-300-7155. She also welcomes walk in patients. Dr. Hampton is still at the clinic full time as well.
