This week’s reflection moves deeper than mindset — it’s shadow work and soul reclamation.

✨ What beliefs about yourself or your worth have you outgrown?
✨ How can you replace them with something more empowering?

Many of our limiting beliefs were formed in moments where we had to adapt, stay safe, or seek belonging.

They served a purpose once — but when they no longer match who we are becoming, they become part of the shadow: unconscious patterns, self-protective narratives, and inherited conditioning that quietly shape our choices.

Bringing these beliefs into awareness is shadow work.

Choosing new, aligned truths is an act of soul retrieval — calling your energy back from old identities, old roles, and outdated survival versions of yourself.
