This coming Saturday March 28th our Friends from Settle Into Stillness will be holding space and for that we are grateful. This will be their 15th year touring around the world and they have much to share. Here are their own words about the events they are so generously sharing at this time:
“Our purpose is to hold a sanctuary for you
a place where your breath can deepen,
your nervous system can exhale,
and your spirit can finally be free.

This is where we meet you.
