🎉THERAPY SUCCESS🎉

Mrs. Weathersby arrived at Pine Forest Health and Rehabilitation following a hospital stay
for acute respiratory failure. Upon admission, she was extremely weak and required
assistance with all mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Determined to regain her independence, Mrs. Weathersby set a clear goal: to return home
to her apartment by Thanksgiving. Through her unwavering motivation and the dedicated
efforts of our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams, she worked tirelessly to
rebuild her strength and confidence.

Today, we are thrilled to celebrate her incredible achievement—Mrs. Weathersby is going
home! Her journey is a testament to perseverance, teamwork, and the power of
rehabilitation.

Congratulations, Mrs. Weathersby! We are so proud of you!🎉🎉🎉👏
