I’ve Got Your Six Punch Card/Package
Better than buying a package deal you can get from anyone else.
Rather than sell a package where you have to pay the total amount in advance just to get a discount, I’m offering a punch card type system.
Purchase a punch card for $40, pay for each of 5 services at the time of each service & the 6th is free.

Restrictions:
1. Must purchase a punch card for $40.
2. Each service must be prepaid or paid at the time of service.
3. Punch cards are not retroactive. You cannot buy a punch card today & have a service you got last week count for one of the five.
4. You must bring the punch card to each appointment you want to count as part of the 5 &/or receive your free one (6th).
5. You can mix match services. Get a 30 min one time then a 60 min next. After five services a sixth equal or lesser in value to the majority of other services is free. For example, you but a punch card for $40, the day of your appointment, I mark it & log it. 3 out of 5 services you received were 60 min. The sixth (free one) would be worth a 60 min massage or something lesser in value.

Introducing Barlow Body Mechanics’ Gift Certificates
Gift Cards/Certificates
I’ve learned some companies are selling gift cards that truly aren’t “same as cash” in their business. Meaning you are limited on what you can spend that card/certificate $ on even from the business you purchased it from.
Not with me. At Barlow Body Mechanics
This is one of the reasons I have a couple options
A. PRICE POINT you can purchase a gift certificate for a specific service or a dollar amount in increments of $25 up to $125.
B. PER SERVICE If/when purchased for a specific service, that certificate will be redeemable for that service, even if years go by and prices change.
If a gift certificate is purchased for a dollar value any remaining balance can be used towards a future service.
My gift certificates never expire.
Gift Certificates are not available online. Go to my service tab, select Gift Certificate this will open a calendar where you can select the best time and day that I can call you to gain the details for your certificate. Or purchase one for a friend at your next visit.

Emergency forgiveness… something I hear far too often; “ I had an appointment for a service & my kid got sick ( or something the like) & they charged me a cancellation fee!”

At Barlow Body Mechsnics I know all to well that life throws unexpected curve balls.

I don’t charge cancellation fees, normally. Give me as much notice as you can, but please if you or your kid gets sick, tend to that first.

Exceptions to the “no charge emergency cancellation policy”.
1. First time clients that no call no show for your first appointment. Usually (unless your kid is in the ER) those folks are restricted from making future appointments without prepaying or in some cases you may be barred from any future services.
2. Repeat offenders. If you consistently cancel last minute or no show. You say need to prepay for future appointments or in some cases you may be barred from any future services.

BUT - I apply a penalty even to myself when cancellations happen last minute.

If I ask to reschedule your appointment because I’m sick or the like. Your next service is 50% off for the inconvenience.
