On Saturday evening, Aspell proudly celebrated its 21st Annual Employee Appreciation Banquet—a heartfelt gathering dedicated to honoring our dedicated staff and presenting milestone tokens of appreciation to those colleagues who have achieved significant service milestones. This cherished tradition allows us to come together and express our gratitude for the incredible individuals who contribute to our mission.
Each year, we invite a dynamic and inspirational speaker to share their insights and experiences, and this year, we were fortunate to host Adam Carlucci. His presentation was nothing short of remarkable. Carlucci, known for his open and empathetic approach, addressed critical topics such as mental health and leadership, encouraging us all to actively support one another. His words resonated deeply, igniting a renewed sense of purpose among attendees.
We take great pride in our staff, including those who have been with us for one year but less than two:
- Cartwright, Gentry
- Curry, Robbie
- Dolan, Robert
- Dupree, Ashley
- Ellis, Dennis Craig
- Lawrence, Jaime
- Maples, Stephanie
- Morris, Thomas Edward
- Phipps, Ashley
- Ripley, Nikki
- Townsend, Richard
In addition, we honor those who have contributed five years or slightly more to our mission:
- Baugus, Augustus
- Langley, Dana
- Odom, Ashley
- Ammons, Hollie
We also recognize the remarkable dedication of staff members who have reached ten years or slightly more:
- Hardin, Rachel
- Bidman, Sandra
Every individual who has chosen Aspell as their second home plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our organization. Our staff often sacrifices time away from their families to serve those who are most vulnerable among us. Behind the scenes, countless others work tirelessly to ensure our campuses remain welcoming and well-maintained, that our accounting practices uphold transparency and integrity, that our meals are prepared with care, and that our front offices operate seamlessly.
We are profoundly grateful for the unwavering commitment of each staff member, which contributes significantly to the overall health and well-being of Aspell. Our reach extends across Madison County, Henderson County, Hardin County, and throughout the beautiful state of Tennessee, where we strive to make a positive impact in the lives we touch.
Heartfelt thanks to First United Methodist Church for the lovely event space, to Andrew Bok and his team for the delicious meal, and to Smiley Smith (Rik) for beautifully capturing the event.
