It's never too late for positive change! With a little self-care, older adults can work towards living longer, healthier, and independent lives. Creating simple habits like staying active, eating well, staying socially connected, and keeping up with regular check-ups can make all the difference. See more tips from the National Institute on Aging: https://www.nia.nih.gov/.../healthy-aging-tips-older... Our community is welcome to join us for our Grief Support Group. It does not require that you be hospice affiliated in any way. It is a free event for the community!
