We’re grateful to Alex Viveros and the Jackson Hole News&Guide for highlighting the importance of attainable, mental health–centered goals in their recent article, “New Year’s Bingo!” 💛

Our Executive Director, Charlotte Alexander, LCSW, was honored to be interviewed alongside other local mental health professionals, sharing reminders that the most meaningful goals are often small, specific, and realistic. In the heart of winter especially, community connection matters. Even small acts of care, like inviting someone to your table or taking a short walk in the sun, can make a real difference.

Thank you, Alex, for elevating conversations that support wellbeing across our valley.

Taking time to pause… together.

Saturday’s Provider Pause at Astoria Hot Springs was a beautiful reminder to care for ourselves so we can continue caring for our community. We’re grateful for the chance to slow down, reconnect, and even share the space with a few providers who made the trek from over the hill.

Grateful for moments like these that remind us we’re not in this work alone. Here’s to more opportunities to connect, breathe, and refill our cups. 💚
