Join me in a ONE YEAR celebration of offering Yoga in Amador County!

This is a FREE gathering! A 60 minute yoga class begins at 10:15, and we’ll have about 20 minutes after class to spend together as a group if you’d like! No pressure to mingle, feel free to dip after the class 🙂

Hey err'body! I made a page for our yoga classes in Sutter Creek, hoping for a bit more visibility and as an easier way for folks to find us so they can join in on the fun! It would be super cool if you could follow it and maybe share it :)

Join me in Sutter Creek tomorrow at 6pm for a ”power yoga” style flow!

This accessible vinyasa class will be held in the Dance Room of the Sutter Creek Historical Grammar School. The dance room is the 3rd door on the right when you enter from the side of the building, right next to the stairs.

Class is $15, bring your own mat, something warm to wear (they do have central heat) and some water.

I look forward to seeing you there!

January Schedule Drop🌙✨

Your Tuesday nights are getting a tune up with our new class time in Sutter Creek! I asked, you answered. 75% of survey participants requested Tuesday evenings for yoga! Wahoo!
Now, I’m still waiting for my darn insurance letter so we’ll try for our first Tuesday on January 9!

Trailside Yoga continues this month. weather permitting. It’s been such a joy collaborating with and i hope we can continue on!

The vibes continue to be immaculate over at Sage & Tansy in Ione. Join me Wednesdays at 9am for Morning Yoga. Can a practice be both relaxing and invigorating? Come on down to find out 🫡
