HR Connect, held at the System Support Building was a tremendous success, bringing together employees from Patient Financial Services, Central Monitoring Unit, Patient Access, and the Regional Transfer Center. Employees demonstrated great engagement throughout the event, creating a positive atmosphere centered around professional growth, employee well-being, and organizational support.
There was a wonderful outpouring of employees who stopped by to ask thoughtful questions and gather information regarding Career Mapping opportunities, PTO benefits, Living Well resources, and professional development pathways within the organization. Team members showed genuine interest in learning how they can continue growing both personally and professionally while exploring future career opportunities.
In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month during May, additional emphasis was placed on the importance of mental wellness, self-care, and available support resources. Employees were encouraged to utilize wellness initiatives and engage in meaningful conversations surrounding mental health in the workplace.
Overall, the event provided an excellent opportunity to connect with employees, promote valuable organizational resources, and encourage continued career development and well-being across multiple departments.
