We are thrilled to share some incredible news— our doula program has been awarded a generous grant that will help us expand our mission and deepen our impact in the community!!

With this support, we will be able to continue to offer free prenatal education, compassionate birth attendance, and comprehensive postpartum care to more families than ever before. This grant means more than just funding—it’s a powerful affirmation of the work we do and the lives we touch. ❤️

Expanded Prenatal Education: Empowering expectant families with knowledge and confidence.

Increased Birth Support: Providing continuous, culturally competent care during labor and delivery.

Holistic Postpartum Services: Supporting healing, bonding, and mental health in the early days of parenting.

Please don't be timing contractions that are more then 10 minutes apart. GO TO SLEEP!!! Missing that first night of sleep when you think labor is starting is so detrimental to getting the job done.
