Good day beautiful Souls!!

We are getting closer than ever now to our reopening. I can not finalize or plan for an exact date, because there is a lot to take care of in the next two to three weeks. We appreciate the sentiments of offers to help. However we have enough people on the job as of right now.

As spring rolls in with the new, we hope you join us and take in the new surroundings. Do not worry one bit, we will still have the same vibe you remember.

We are trying to get all renovations, and moved back in before Mother's Day. Not all of the shop may be in order but most things should be in place. So we will consider this a soft reopen timeframe. And look for June 1st as the official relaunch.

Parking will remain an issue until all service trucks and storage Pods are removed. After June 1st parking will resume as normal. Please do not park on our neighbors grass or easment. I say this because I do not know the volume of how many of you will show up at once. There are a lot of eager people ready to get their shop back!!

So Thank you all for your patience and innerstanding of this situation, and we can not wait to be back to what we do best.

Hello beautiful family!!!

Quick Info, my phone was broken and I have since gotten a new one but, facebook somehow combined my (Dave) personal account with my grandma's account and made it to where the only way I could recover the password sent it to an old telephone number as the only option. So with some heavy digging I was able to get it straightened out. It had something to do with administrative issues. Im still trying to get our Instagram sorted out as well. Sorry for any confusion. All will be running functionally soon.

At least now I can post on here again and let you all know what is going on.

Things are coming along, we are all just fine, we are just waiting for things to move faster with the fixing of things now. They did a great job tearing it all down but building codes on such an old house have prevented things moving forward from the building inspectors point of view, so we have been jumping through the hoops to get everything done. Needless to say we are very motivated to get the shop back open and see our loving family!!

Looks like mid to end of April, unless they start kicking it in gear. The weather has played a part in the delay as well.
This should be the end of the hangups we have experienced. Fingers crossed.

Wow has this been the journey!!

So a few things to convey. First we would like to apologize for the length of time this has taken. There was no way I would believe how such a small fire could do so much damage.
during the demolition phase they came across asbestos in the walls.
Not uncommon in old homes. The test took 2 weeks to yield results. so all work had to stop in those 2 weeks.

We are making great progress in cleaning out the shop, and we have been planning many new things to beautify the place and make it more comfortable to walk around. New walls, carpets, displays. its really going to be great once we get past all this renovation.

Which brings me to my next piece of information, all this fun will have to build in anticipation for a little bit. So many contractors doing their fields of electricity, and plumbing, floors yada yada, is going to put us in the December 5th time frame to reopen.

I know I know, I am just as eager as you to get this rolling again.
I know you are all having Secret Garden withdraws and need supplies.
If you can hang tight just a little longer!!! I am working tirelessly to get all the product moved and cleaned, but i cannot make the contractors do this Huge job any faster.
So I will be uploading some demo photos to show you the extent of what has been done thus far. Its so unreal to see everything ripped up they way it has. so many memories.

We look forward to these changes, The Secret Garden deserves this change not only for itself, but for Everyone!!!

We love you all so much and cant wait to see you all again.

Hello everyone!! Good news on the rise, we begin cleanup now that the paperwork is in motion. We plan on reopening September 1st if all goes as planned.

We just wanted to keep you all in the loop of what going on with Secret Garden. We appreciate your patience!!! Believe me we are excited to get back to business. We love and miss all of you so much!!

Hi everyone!! We hope you have a wonderful holiday weekend!! Please stay safe and enjoy the fireworks!!!

Connie and Donna are being well taken care of, we are working hard to get everything rolling, but with the holiday we are forced to wait until the fire inspector and insurance are ready to help. So we are at their mercy right now.
I just thought I would give you a heads up on our progress.

We would like to thank everyone who has made donations and dropped off clothing for Donna and Connie. You all are just too sweet!!! Thank you with every bit of our hearts!!

Dave will be speaking with TMJ4 tomorrow at 9am talking about what happened. We will let you know the air date.

Well upon further investigation, we will officially be closed for at least the next 2 weeks maybe more.
Our wonderful HVAC unit spread the soot throughout the entire house and business side. Mom and grandma are relocating to a hotel for this time. So this turned out to he very much bigger problem than what it looks like at surface level.

We will be setting up a Go Fund me to pay for the girls hotel until their space is livable again until insurance kicks in. We will be enacting both insurance policies from the business and home side.
Do anything you can do to help would be amazing. I'll also post my cash app if you would like to donate there as well. The girls need new clothes to rest in since all their clothes are covered in toxic soot. Ugh what a mess. Thank you for any help.
