Now Hiring: Patient Care Coordinator – Therapy Department
Location: Manchester Family Chiropractic Center – Jackson, MI
Position Type: Full-Time
Are you passionate about helping others heal and thrive in a supportive, wellness-focused environment? We’re looking for a highly organized, upbeat, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing therapy department at Manchester Family Chiropractic Center.
In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face and steady presence for patients as they begin and continue their wellness journey with us.

What You’ll Do:
• Greet and guide patients through their therapy sessions with positivity and care
• Set up and oversee patients during various therapies (training provided)
• Clearly document therapy sessions and patient progress
• Support the therapy team and doctors with smooth coordination of daily care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient therapy area
• Communicate with patients and staff effectively, professionally, and warmly

What We’re Looking For:
• A genuinely outgoing personality who thrives in a people-first environment
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems proactively
• Flexible and dependable, able to adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Prior experience in healthcare, therapy, or chiropractic office a plus – but not required

Full-time position (approximately 32 to 35 hours per week). Compensation based on experience.
