Lydia Loves Yoga I am Lydia, a 200 RYT. Over the course of my life yoga has helped me mentally, emotionally and physically and I would be honored to share that with you. Namaste

I aim to help you feel at home in your body and encourage you to connect deeper within. All classes are currently located at Shakti and Free Yoga Studio

I also offer private lessons. We can book these in the comfort of your own home or in studio or even outside, weather permitting, at a time that works for you. I can do events such as adding a yoga class to your birthday, bachelorette or really any occasion. Message me to talk more about this.
